The ₹199 payment is for a one-on-one fitness consultation call that includes personalised guidance and a customised fitness roadmap based on the information shared by the client. This consultation does not include ongoing coaching unless explicitly stated.This service is available only to individuals aged 18 years or above. By booking, you confirm that you are legally eligible to use this service.All information provided during the consultation is for general fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance only.
It is not medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical consultation. Clients with medical conditions are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional before following any fitness or diet plan.Individual results may vary based on effort, consistency, lifestyle, and adherence to the suggested plan. No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.The ₹199 consultation fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except in cases where the consultation is cancelled or cannot be conducted due to technical or operational issues from our side. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Clients are responsible for attending the consultation at the agreed time. Missed, unattended, or late sessions will be treated as completed services and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.Any post-consultation WhatsApp support, if provided, is limited to clarification related to the consultation and does not include ongoing coaching or follow-up unless clearly mentioned.
All content, strategies, plans, and materials shared during or after the consultation are the intellectual property of the service provider and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.The service provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
